General Purpose :

The Enterprise Configuration Analyst III will be responsible for the design, configuration, testing, and maintenance of the Jiva Care Management System, our client's chosen platform for healthcare management and workflow automation. The successful candidate will work closely with various stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into Jiva configurations (through Clicbank) that enhance operational efficiency, improve workflows, and drive business outcomes.

The Configuration Analyst III must have the ability to independently analyze or mine data through MS SQL, draw sound conclusions, and is able to interpret and follow detailed and precise written and oral instructions such as checklists, process diagrams, and policy.

The analyst will lead communications and facilitation efforts to present the documented findings and results from an analytical engagement. The position will require you to work with and mentor people of various professional, vocational, and educational backgrounds.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities :

1.Jiva Configuration and Customization

  • Leverage the Clicbank tool to configure Jiva modules, workflows, assessments, correspondence / letters, rules and rulesets, and code table based on business requirements.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business processes and translate them into efficient and scalable Jiva configurations.
  • Implement best practices for Jiva configuration management, version control, and documentation.
  • Document Jiva configurations, processes, and workflows to ensure knowledge transfer and maintain system integrity.
  • Data Mining and Testing :
  • Utilize SQL queries to extract, manipulate, and analyze data from various sources to support Jiva configuration efforts.
  • Utilize Test rails (or other testing software) to develop and execute comprehensive test plans to validate data integrity, system functionality, and performance.
  • Identify and troubleshoot data anomalies, discrepancies, and issues to ensure accurate configuration and system operation.

3.Cross-Functional Collaboration :

  • Work closely with business analysts, system architects, developers, and end-users to gather requirements, define solution designs, and ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Participate in meetings, workshops, and brainstorming sessions to contribute insights, provide recommendations, and drive consensus on configuration decisions.
  • Independently work, or under the direction of Project Manager or Senior Analyst, with Executives, Management, Staff, or Business analysts to identify, document, and redesign complex business concepts or processing conflicts.

4.Continuous Improvement :

  • Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices related to Jiva configuration, SQL data mining, and testing methodologies.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to optimize configurations, streamline processes, and enhance system performance.
  • Collaborate with the MIS Department to assess and implement system upgrades, patches, and enhancements as needed.

Education & Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or related field.
  • Five (5) years of experience in Jiva configuration and customization, with proficiency in the Clicbank tool.
  • Proficient SQL skills with experience in data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Hands-on experience in developing and executing test plans, preferably in a healthcare or regulated industry.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively in a dynamic environment.
  • Knowledge of the agile methodologies and tools (e.g., Azure DevOps / TFS, Jira, Scrum)
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, medical terminology (such as ICD-10, CPT and HCPCS coding), and regulatory requirements with respect to Medicaid and Medicare guidelines.
  • Proficient with using tools such as Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Visio and or PowerPoint.
