About the position

Responsibilities

  • Define and implement standards and best practices of the Sales enablement platform for building pages, creating and applying graphic images, uploading content and assisting with upholding platform governance, perform Q/A checks and more
  • Develop and collaborate on the continued growth of platform templates, features and standards to guarantee an exceptional UX
  • Create and support maintenance of project documentation, to guarantee quality and consistency
  • Support, research, and analyze performance and KPI impact for platform content to identify new opportunities for improvement and make recommendations
  • Assist in growing performance by staying up to date with trends and best practices
  • Establish and build relationships with internal clients and project stakeholders that characterizes partnership, cooperation and trust while maintaining the platform integrity and UI/IX governance standards

Requirements

  • At least 3 years of experience.
  • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Marketing, Training and Development, or related field.
  • Experience researching, analyzing and/or reporting information
  • Highly collaborative and self-managed
  • Ability to adhere to deadlines, multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively with strong problem-solving, and project management skills
  • Ability to build pages using WYSIWYG tools
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
  • Detailed oriented and quality focus
  • Proven experience using Adobe Photoshop or other graphic editor programs
  • Basic knowledge of web metrics and testing methodology
