About the position

The Facilities Specialist maintains restaurants through preventative maintenance on all aspects of the restaurant. This role is crucial in ensuring that the facilities operate safely and efficiently, contributing to the overall mission of Chipotle to provide better food access.

Responsibilities

  • Assisting the Facilities Manager by supervising facility aspects of restaurant management at the market level.

  • Performing facility maintenance and repair through monthly site visits and analysis of restaurants.

  • Formulating preventative maintenance schedules for the safe, efficient, and effective operation of restaurant facilities.

  • Carrying out set procedures to be followed in the event facilities cease functioning or present a threat to health and safety.

Requirements

  • Demonstrate the ability to manage and coordinate multiple schedules while planning work to facilitate timely achievement of results.

  • Have a clean Motor Vehicle Report in order to travel between restaurants.
