Responsibilities

· Perform wound care assessments

· Demonstrate increasing discriminatory judgment in interpreting data and prioritize appropriately

· Serve as a day-to-day resource to colleagues at unit and departmental levels

· Collaborate with providers

· Make Recommendations

· Assist with quarterly surveys
