Prepare and prioritize work orders based on production schedules and deadlines. Schedule tasks and allocate resources to meet production targets. Coordinate with various departments, such as production, procurement, and quality control, to ensure smooth and efficient workflow. Monitor and adjust production schedules to accommodate changes in demand or delays in the production process. Ensure that all work orders are accurately and timely completed. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of production schedules, work orders, and inventory. Communicate any production delays or issues to relevant stakeholders and provide solutions to minimize impact on production targets. Identify opportunities for process improvement and make recommendations to management. Train and mentor new team members on work preparation and scheduling processes. Utilize scheduling software and ERP systems to manage production schedules and track progress. Monitor and maintain inventory levels to ensure availability of materials for production. Adhere to all safety regulations and company policies. Collaborate with production managers to develop and implement strategies for improving efficiency and meeting production targets. Continuously monitor production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may affect productivity or quality.
