Job Description
We are in search of a passionate and driven Systems Administrator to take charge of building and maintaining Ring’s customer service technology stack. If you are someone with innovative thinking, exceptional analytical skills, and proficiency in high-level scripting languages like Python or Bash, this could be the perfect opportunity for you. As a Systems Administrator, you will work closely with the business to understand and define their requirements, collaborating with cross-functional teams to design scalable enhancements and integrations. Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate and consult with the business to identify and define their requirements.
Work with cross-functional teams to design and implement scalable enhancements and integrations.

Basic Qualifications:

3+ years of experience in systems management/administration automation.

Preferred Qualifications:

Proficiency in at least one modern programming language like Python or PowerShell.
Experience using modern tools such as Jira, Confluence, Slack, Dropbox, etc.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or MIS.
Passion for technology and familiarity with Ring products.

Compensation for this position is based on the cost of labor in different geographic markets in the US. The base pay ranges from $32,800/year in the lowest market to $58,600/year in the highest market, considering factors such as job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
