Responsibilities

As a Remote Customer Service Agent, your daily responsibilities will include:

Responding to customer inquiries regarding flight bookings, changes, cancellations, and refunds via phone, email, and chat.
Providing assistance with baggage tracking, loyalty programs, and general flight-related queries.
Ensuring customer satisfaction by addressing issues promptly and professionally, escalating when necessary.
Documenting all interactions and actions taken in our customer service platform.

Requirements

Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to think critically under pressure.

Previous customer service experience preferred, but not required.
