Trinity Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Travel Virtual Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in an onsite capacity. As a Travel Virtual RN, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, while also providing remote nursing support and care coordination. This role offers a unique opportunity to combine telehealth expertise with the flexibility of travel. The successful candidate will be highly skilled in remote nursing care and be able to adapt to various clinical environments.

Responsibilities:

Provide virtual nursing support to patients, delivering expert care and guidance remotely via phone, video, or messaging platforms.
Coordinate patient care across multiple departments and healthcare teams.
Monitor patient conditions and follow-up on health status remotely, ensuring compliance with treatment plans.
Review and document patient medical histories, diagnoses, treatments, and progress.
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals, ensuring that patient care is holistic and timely.
Educate patients and families on healthcare management, treatment options, and preventive care.
Stay current on emerging telehealth practices and technologies to improve the quality of remote care.
Manage and support the transition of patients between onsite and virtual care settings when necessary.
Provide direct care support in clinical settings as needed, depending on assignment.

Requirements:

Valid RN license in good standing with the state of practice.
Minimum of 2 years of clinical experience in a hospital, clinic, or other healthcare setting.
Telehealth experience or strong comfort with virtual platforms is preferred.
Ability to work independently while maintaining high standards of care.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for virtual and in-person interactions.
Ability to adapt quickly to different clinical environments and patient needs.
Strong problem-solving skills and critical thinking capabilities.
Ability to travel and adapt to new healthcare facilities and teams.
Current CPR certification.
