Support Analyst - Global eCommerce ID-6399

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced Support Analyst to join our Global eCommerce team at Costco Wholesale. In this role, you will be a critical member of the team, providing technical support and troubleshooting for our eCommerce platform and related operations. This is a highly collaborative role, so the ideal candidate must be able to thrive in a fast-paced environment, working with colleagues and customers to ensure a seamless online shopping experience. To be successful in this role, you must have a strong background in IT operations, a passion for problem-solving, and excellent communication and customer service skills. You should also have the ability to provide technical expertise and leadership in global eCommerce initiatives.
