Job Title: Site Safety Manager

We're looking for a dedicated Site Safety Manager to join our team in the US Operations. As a key member of our safety team, you will work closely with the Regional Senior Manager of Safety to develop and manage programs that promote workplace safety and security.

Key Responsibilities:

Ensure OSHA compliance within the DC, including powered industrial trucks, new hire safety training, lockout/tagout, machine guarding, and chemical safety.
Develop and implement EHS controls, programs, and general workplace hazard control strategies.
Oversee emergency response activities and manage the site's emergency response team.
Lead a team of front-line safety team members.
Assist management with post-accident root cause analysis and be the subject matter expert for safety and security questions.
Assist with OSHA inspections, visits, recordkeeping, and investigations.
Chair the Safety Committee and lead initiatives to improve building conditions and work practices.
Analyze data to identify safety or injury trends and develop corrective actions.
Ensure contractors and visitors follow HelloFresh safety policies.
Conduct job safety analyses of routine and non-routine tasks.
Promote safer forklift operations through training and coaching.
Develop training materials, including toolbox talks and safety standards.

Requirements:

5+ years of occupational safety experience, with knowledge of manufacturing/industrial EHS.
Bachelor's degree in business, safety, or a related field.
Certifications such as CSP, GSP, or ASP through the Board of Certified Safety Professionals.
Expertise in OSHA compliance, especially with powered industrial trucks and lockout/tagout.
Superior communication and presentation skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google apps.
