What Will You Do?

We are seeking a highly skilled SEO Engineer to design, execute, and maintain a robust technical SEO framework for our large-scale platform, hosting over 500,000 pages. This role is pivotal in driving search engine visibility and optimizing site performance, especially for job search platforms and Google for Jobs.

You’ll focus on crafting scalable technical solutions, ensuring seamless site performance, and collaborating closely with development teams to create a search engine-friendly architecture.

Key Responsibilities

Technical SEO Excellence

Perform comprehensive technical audits to address issues related to crawlability, indexability, site architecture, and mobile performance.
Lead initiatives to optimize Core Web Vitals, site speed, and overall technical health.
Implement structured data (e.g., Schema.org) for enhanced search engine visibility, including Google for Jobs optimization.

Scalable SEO Infrastructure

Design and maintain scalable SEO solutions for large-scale websites, leveraging automation tools and processes.
