We are looking for talented individuals that can take on the following responsibilities:

Conduct structural inspections to evaluate building systems, structures, and components for residential and commercial budlings n the South Florida area
Document observations via photograph and video
Determine the cause, origin, and duration of reported damages
Establish recommended procedures and methods for repair
Complete site investigation / inspection reports
Prepare structural analysis calculations using industry specific software (i.e. EnerCalc, ETABS, RISA, etc.)
Prepare structural construction documents for permitting

Our ideal candidate would have the following capabilities:

Active Professional Engineer (PE), Structural Engineer (SE), or Engineer Intern (EI) license in the State of Florida
Bachelor’s Degree in Structural or Civil Engineering, Master’s Degree preferred
Minimum of 4+ years in structural design, inspections, and/or forensic engineering
Experience conducting forensic engineering investigations
Familiarity with local code requirements and associated governing agencies
Superior written and verbal communication skills
Works well with colleagues and clients
Self-motivated and organized

Willing to travel with personal vehicle
