In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of Amazon's low-cost bulk storage and distribution network, known as Amazon Warehouse Distribution (AWD). You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and deliver cutting-edge solutions that enhance our capabilities, optimize operational efficiency, and deliver unparalleled value to our Fulfillment by Amazon (FBA) sellers.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the product roadmap for SCI & AWD Operations, working closely with stakeholders to identify and prioritize initiatives that drive business impact and customer value
  • Collaborate with DC Operations, SCI Execution, Finance, XBPS Tech, and AWD Business/Product teams to define and deliver UTR capabilities and technology features across various operational stages
  • Ensure seamless integration of WMS UTR and supply chain execution to support diverse replenishment channels, including AFN and MCD, as well as FFCD customer needs
  • Drive the scaling of MCD with UTR automation, expanding capabilities such as outbound shipping options, self-service channel management, and custom labeling and shipment prep
  • Champion continuous improvement initiatives to refine problem-solving capabilities, defect management, and process optimization across inbound and outbound paths
  • Leverage data and insights to make informed decisions, measure success, and iterate on product strategies

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, or a related field; advanced degree preferred
  • 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the supply chain, logistics, or e-commerce domain
  • Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to translate complex business requirements into actionable product strategies
  • Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and align cross-functional teams
  • Experience working with agile methodologies and collaborating with technical teams to deliver high-quality solutions
  • Proven track record of driving product innovation, process optimization, and delivering measurable business impact
  • Passion for customer obsession and a deep understanding of the e-commerce and supply chain landscape

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field, offering advanced knowledge and strategic thinking skills pertinent to supply chain product management
  • Experience in product management for warehouse management systems (WMS), transportation management systems (TMS), or other supply chain execution technologies
  • Familiarity with API development, microservices architecture, and cloud-based solutions in the context of supply chain product development
  • Proven success in driving product adoption, user engagement, and customer satisfaction in a B2B or enterprise software environment
  • Experience in leveraging advanced analytics, machine learning, and AI to enhance supply chain product capabilities and drive data-driven decision-making
  • Knowledge of industry best practices and emerging trends in supply chain product management, such as IoT, blockchain, and robotic process automation (RPA)
  • Demonstrated ability to develop and execute go-to-market strategies for new supply chain products or features, including pricing, positioning, and competitive analysis
