Job Summary:
The Elite Job is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Remote Medical Transcriptionist / Medical Scribe to join our healthcare team. In this role, you will be responsible for transcribing medical records, consultations, and patient care reports accurately while ensuring the confidentiality of sensitive information. Key Responsibilities:

  • Transcribe medical reports, summaries, consultations, and patient history accurately and efficiently.
  • Listen to audio recordings from healthcare professionals and document the information verbatim.
  • Enter transcribed data into EHR systems, ensuring all records are accurate and up to date.
  • Assist healthcare providers by documenting patient encounters, including medical histories, physical exams, diagnoses, and treatment plans.
