The Global Marketing Associate will support the Global Brand Manager in executing product innovation and market expansion strategies, while also managing performance dashboards and competitive tracking.


Responsibilities

  • Support Global Brand Manager in executing regional product innovation and renovation process for OLLY across Americas, Asia and European geographic clusters, from concept through to product launch in market.
  • Support New Market Product and artwork asset compliance - work closely with creative design, regulatory, R&D, and legal TM to ensure in country requirements
  • Support Global Brand Manager with new market expansion research, including product segmentation and category analysis
  • Analyse data from primary and secondary sources, trends, social media, and eCommerce to extract key insights
  • Build and Manage performance dashboards across the markets
  • Responsible for building and maintaining global competitive tracking and innovation scorecard tool for internal as well as external
  • Manage and track the global portfolio across markets - monitor product performance against sales targets and KPIs
  • Support the development of compelling storytelling presentation and sell-in materials for brand and product initiatives
  • Manage sample shipment and master data setup to ensure timely execution for ongoing innovation funnel and all markets

Skills

  • Minimum 3 years of innovation or brand experience, ideally within VMS or other consumer products or foods business. Strong Interest in Health and Wellbeing, and or Vitamins & Supplements industry a must
  • Experience working on innovation launches – familiar with research, claims development, and artwork development
  • Strong project management skills with exposure on business cases, project timelines, and stage gate process
  • Ability to mine cultural, socioeconomic and global category trends for inspiration and translate into meaningful insights to drive global innovation
  • Comfortable with data, and able to leverage data to drive meaningful analysis and insights
  • Entrepreneurial mindset, high sense of project ownership and proactivity; relentlessly industrious and resourceful
  • Be comfortable working with a variety of stakeholders across functions, such as supply chain, finance, R&D, and marketing
  • Experience working as part of international/global teams across preferred
  • Ability to manage work schedule within international time zones is required
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook) required; Numerator Insights, IRI preferred
  • You are naturally curious and seek to understand unmet needs of consumers and white space opportunities of the market
  • You have a meticulous eye for detail, and you love when things flow, when they don't, you're the first to notice and you figure out just how to get things back on track
