Job Summary:

Remote Field Service Rep Needed For A Growing Organization Primarily Focused On Heavy Industrial Hydraulic Products For A Variety Of Industries, This Role Specifically Focused On Troubleshooting Customer Issues With Attention To Communication Both Internally And With Customers. This Role Involves 50%+ Travel (Domestic & International) And Is Looking For A Candidate Comfortable With Minimal Management.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide Onsite And Phone Support For Machinery & Products.
  • Complete All Administrative Paperwork In A Timely Manner (Expense Reports, Timesheets Service And Project/Product Issue Findings, And Customer Experience Reports).
  • Collaborate With Internal Teams, Including Sales, Engineering, And Production, To Report Field Issues And/Or Customer Feedback.
  • Assists In Training Customers On Columbia Industries Equipment.
  • Displays Excellent Communication Skills Including Presentation, Persuasion, And Negotiation Skills Required In Working With Customers And Coworkers, And The Ability To Communicate Effectively And Remain Calm And Courteous Under Pressure.
  • Follows All Appropriate Process Documentation Procedures.
  • Maintains Safe Working Conditions While On The Customer's Site And Identifies Potential Hazards.
  • Able To Oversee Field Jobs That Are Not Often The Same Issue Or Solution To Resolve It.
  • Able To Produce A Written Travel Expense Plan And Scope Of Work To Resolve A Customer Issue.
  • Work At A Customer Site.
