WellSpan Health is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse (RN) – Virtual Patient Care to join our innovative remote healthcare team. This role allows you to leverage your clinical expertise in a virtual setting, providing high-quality care, education, and support to patients from the comfort of your home while ensuring exceptional outcomes.

Responsibilities:

As a Virtual RN, you will:

Conduct remote patient assessments via phone or video.
Monitor and manage patients with chronic conditions and post-hospitalization needs.
Educate patients and families on care plans, medications, and self-management.
Collaborate with physicians, specialists, and care teams for seamless care coordination.
Utilize telehealth technology to document and track patient progress.

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you should have:

Proficiency in electronic health records (EHR) and telehealth platforms.
Experience with triage protocols and virtual patient assessments.
Reliable internet connection and a dedicated workspace.

Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings or weekends if needed.
