A Residential Sales Consultant at Pella Corporation is responsible for presenting the Pella Promise for a completely satisfying turn-key installation of replacement windows to homeowners. Achieving individual sales goals by presenting a compelling case for customers to choose Pella. Additional Responsibilities:

Deliver a detailed sales presentation.
Prepare and present a price quote before leaving each appointment.
Follow up and respond to all customer questions within 24 hours.
Be available for customer appointments during evenings and Saturdays, in addition to weekday hours.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university; or one to two years related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Individual’s motor vehicle record must also comply with company requirements.

Compensation Information

Initial Training Period:
Guaranteed base salary of $40,000, plus commissions ranging from 0% to 1.25% to start.
Eligible for a monthly bonus based on achievement of monthly bookings quota.
Once Training Period is Complete:
Full commission role with commissions paid as a percentage of net sales (commissions are uncapped and our top performers earn $150k+)
Eligible for a monthly bonus based on achievement of monthly bookings quota.
