What experience and skills do I need to be successful?

  • Bachelor's Degree in Accounting.
  • Active CPA certification.
  • Experience as a Peer Reviewer at a CPA firm or 5+ years of recent public accounting firm audit supervisor, manager, or higher experience with interest in becoming a Peer Reviewer.
  • Experience with ERISA and yellow book regulations.
  • Experience with mergers and acquisitions desired.
  • Willingness to travel to complete onsite reviews for clients when needed.
