Job Description:

Are you passionate about helping students succeed and looking for a flexible tutoring opportunity? We are a mobile tutoring service seeking part-time tutors who can work with students in the comfort of their own homes. Tutors will travel to residences within the Brentwood, Westwood, and West Hollywood areas, and have the flexibility to set their own hours each week—whether you’re looking for a few hours or a more consistent schedule.

This is a great opportunity for individuals who want to make an impact on students’ academic success while having control over their work schedule. Tutors can choose how many hours they want to work, whether it’s a few hours each week or a more substantial commitment. Our primary goal is to provide high-quality, personalized tutoring services to students in need.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide one-on-one tutoring sessions in students’ homes across Brentwood, Westwood, and West Hollywood.

Adapt teaching methods to suit the learning style and academic needs of each student.

Build a positive, encouraging environment to boost students’ confidence and engagement.

Communicate regularly with parents about student progress.

Maintain reliability and punctuality while traveling to and from student residences using your own transportation.

Qualifications:

Strong communication skills and a passion for working with students.

Experience is a plus but not required. We are open to training individuals who are motivated and dedicated.

Reliable transportation to commute to various locations.

Ability to work as many or as few hours as you like, with flexible scheduling options.

Compensation:

Competitive hourly rates based on grade level and subject expertise. Pay range is $25-$50/hr determined upon hire based on subject and grade level specialty.
