Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated and compassionate midwives to join our team. As a midwife, you will provide comprehensive care to expectant mothers before, during, and after childbirth. Your responsibilities will include conducting prenatal visits, assisting with labor and delivery, providing postpartum care, and offering education and support to new parents.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct prenatal assessments, including physical examinations, laboratory tests, and ultrasound review.
  • Monitor maternal and fetal well-being during pregnancy and postpartum.
  • Aid in preparing patients for childbirth, providing emotional support and medical interventions as necessary.
  • Provide postpartum care, including breastfeeding support, and maternal recovery.
  • Educate expectant mothers and their families on pregnancy, childbirth, and newborn care.
  • Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for pregnant women.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Midwifery from an accredited program.
  • Certification as a Certified Nurse-Midwife (CNM) or Certified Midwife (CM).
  • Valid state license to practice as a midwife.
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of obstetric care.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively as part of a healthcare team.
  • Commitment to providing patient-centered care with compassion and empathy.
