It's with that in mind that Hireology is looking to add a driven, sales-minded, Account Executive to our Hospitality team. You will be responsible for qualifying, developing and closing new opportunities within our high-growth sales verticals. This is an exciting opportunity to join a rapidly growing sales team and help execute our sales strategy while working in a fast-paced collaborative environment. As our Major Account Executive, you'll be responsible for researching and qualifying potential business opportunities within a defined territory. You will own and drive the full sales cycle including prospecting, presenting, solution definition, and contract negotiation. Strategically building a strong pipeline of potential opportunities will be essential to ensure that your quota is consistently met. You will consistently exceed sales objectives and quotas (monthly, quarterly, annually) and conduct compelling and engaging product demonstrations via the web or in-person. Additionally, you will negotiate contract terms and pricing structures for different package offerings and attend trade shows and conferences to represent the Hireology brand. We are looking for a driven individual who is sales-minded and has a desire to grow professionally and progress in their career. Great communication skills are essential as you will be telling Hireology's story to various businesses and owners, ensuring transparency throughout the sales process while embracing the needs of the customer. Being metrics-driven is also important, as you will be passionate about data and trends while achieving your goals and providing a wow experience for each customer you contact.

Responsibilities

• Research and qualify potential business opportunities within a defined territory

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• 4+ years of full cycle B2B sales experience required
• Hospitality SaaS sales experience preferred
• Salesforce.com experience a plus
• Highly motivated, driven, self-starter
