The Logistics Coordinator will play a crucial role in ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction. This position involves handling all aspects of shipping and delivery, maintaining communication with customers, and relaying all necessary information regarding deliveries. The ideal candidate will be responsible for booking shipments, providing timely updates to customers, negotiating rates with carriers, and solving issues as they arise. The Logistics Coordinator will also communicate with suppliers, retailers, and customers to achieve profitable deals and mutual satisfaction, while planning and tracking shipments according to customer requirements. Keeping logs and records of executed orders and preparing accurate reports for upper management are also key responsibilities of this role.
