POSITION TITLE: KIOSK SERVICE ATTENDANT

FLSA: NON-EXEMPT

Job Summary:

The Kiosk Service Attendant provides excellent customer service while managing the day-to-day operations of a kiosk. This role involves assisting customers, maintaining kiosk cleanliness, handling transactions, and ensuring the functionality of kiosk equipment. Supervisory Responsibilities: Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers warmly and assist with purchases or inquiries.
  • Operate the cash register or POS system, process sales, and handle money accurately, including making change.
  • Restock products, including food and non-food supplies, and ensure the kiosk remains clean and organized.
  • Handle customer concerns professionally or escalate them to a manager if necessary.
  • Perform opening and closing duties, such as counting cash and checking inventory.
  • Work independently, manage multiple tasks, and follow written and verbal instructions.
  • Provide excellent customer service with a strong work ethic.
  • Must be able to cover for the Greeter at times.
  • Perform additional tasks as needed to support the centers.

  • Ability to prioritize tasks and to delegate them when appropriate.

  • Ability to use office equipment, including computers, registers, calculators, and more.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
Education and Experience:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Cash Handling experience is preferred
Physical Requirements:
  • Prolonged periods of sitting at times.
  • Must be able to lift up to 25 pounds at times.
  • Must be able to travel to various center locations as required.
