Deine Aufgaben

  • Du verantwortest die Umsetzung des Konzepts von Doctolib in Artzpraxen vor Ort und beratst unsere Kund:innen zu den Themen Optimierung der Terminvergabe und Online-Strategie
  • Du agierst als zentrale Ansprechperson fur Kund:innen und interne Abteilungen wahrend der Projektimplementierung
  • Du sorgst dafur, dass Doctolib in den bestehenden Prozessen perfekt integriert wird und baust das Doctolib-Kalendersystem den Wunschen der Kund:innen entsprechend auf
  • Du verantwortest die Schulung der Nutzer:innen 
  • Nach erfolgreicher Umsetzung des Projekts sorgst du fur eine reibungslose Ubergabe an unsere Bestandskundenbetreuung
  • Du als Produktexpert:in tragst zur kontinuierlichen Weiterentwicklung unseres Produkts bei

Um Teil unseres Teams zu werden, bringst du Folgendes mit: 

  • Du verfugst uber eine Berufsausbildung mit relevantem Bezug, ein abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbar - ein Abschluss im Bereich Gesundheitsmanagement/Gesundheitsokonomie ist ein Plus
  • Du konntest bereits erste Berufserfahrung in der Arbeit mit Kund:innen, im Projektmangement o.a. sammeln
  • Du bist in der Lage, Kund:innen mit Deinem ausgepragten Kommunikationsfahigkeiten sowie Deiner Leidenschaft fur das Gesundehitswesen zu begeistern
  • Du bist gut strukturiert, denkst analytisch und behaltst auch in intensiven Projektphasen den Uberblick
  • Du bist flexibel, engagiert und hast Freude an der Arbeit in einem schnell wachsenden und dynamischen Arbeitsumfeld
  • Du sprichst Deutsch auf muttersprachlichem Niveau, sowie verhandlungssicheres Englisch
