Job Description

 

If you are a professional with a desire to thrive in custom high-end residential new construction, we are looking for you. You must be an enthusiastic, driven, and collaborative team player who is willing to work hard and genuinely enjoy what you do.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to shift focus on multiple projects, yet maintain a balanced workflow and meet deadlines
  • Ability to self-manage to meet current project commitments
  • Ability to listen effectively and possess a willingness to learn
  • Communicate daily with the project lead manager
  • Support the team in the creation of residential building designs by producing accurate construction drawings, including schematic design, design development, and construction documents
  • Experience with producing construction documents for residential construction
  • Familiarity with current residential building codes
  • Desire to collaborate with interior and lighting designers, a/v contractors, developers, general contractors, clients, and vendors
  • This is an in-person, in-office position
