Reports To: Estimating Department Manager

SERVPRO Team Doyle is looking for an experienced Job File Coordinator with a strong background in the SERVPRO system and an in-depth understanding of national accounts and corporate job file audits.


This is a remote position-perfect for someone who wants to contribute their expertise from home while supporting a fast-paced, high-performing restoration team.


If you've managed other Job File Coordinators, know your way around SERVPRO's systems, and can confidently navigate TPA program requirements and compliance audits, this is the opportunity for you.

What You'll Do

  • Oversee and manage the job file process from start to finish, ensuring every file meets SERVPRO and TPA audit standards.

  • Work closely with the Estimating Department Manager and the estimating team to ensure smooth workflow and compliance.

  • Review and facilitate TPA (Third-Party Administrator) files for various programs, ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and documentation consistency.

  • Support and mentor other Job File Coordinators as needed to improve departmental efficiency and consistency.

  • Maintain communication with field teams, estimators, and department leadership to ensure all project documentation is complete and audit-ready.

  • Track key metrics for job file performance, compliance, and closeout timelines.

What We're Looking For

  • 3+ years of experience in the SERVPRO restoration industry, specifically in Job File Coordination.

  • Deep understanding of SERVPRO national accounts, corporate audit processes, and TPA program requirements.

  • Prior experience managing or training other Job File Coordinators strongly preferred.

  • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

  • Proficiency in SERVPRO's internal systems, including WorkCenters, Xactimate/XactAnalysis, and related platforms.

  • Self-motivated, dependable, and capable of managing workload independently in a remote environment.

  • Must be available to work 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM Eastern Standard Time.
