We’re seeking an IT Systems Support Administrator who’s eager to use and grow his or her technological skills on a worldwide stage. In this role, the successful individual will protect our critical information, systems, and assets, provide training/support and assist in the development of an overall IT strategy. We need a technically proficient individual who will take ownership and responsibility of this newly created role.

What you’ll do:

  • Maintain essential IT operations, in our cloud-based and virtual environment including, security tools, applications and licenses, cloud storage, key vendor accounts, phone system, Microsoft identity and productivity tools, laptops, software licenses, and hardware (MAC and PC environment)
  • Configure, set up/image, order and ship laptops to employees (MAC or PC)
  • Understand, improve upon, and document internal IT processes and requirements to support a growing cloud-based company.
  • Implement analytics for meaningful insights, and future planning purposes.
  • Nurture dependable IT infrastructure that’s always up and running to include computer surplus and updating and upgrading current employee's hardware assets
  • Perform administration tasks, including user/group administration, security permissions, group policies, print services, research event log warnings and errors, and resource monitoring, ensuring system architecture components work together seamlessly
  • Interact with employees; provide technical support when needed
  • Perform routine/scheduled audits of policies, backups, asset inventory, and other compliance related checks.
  • Work with outside vendors as applicable to manage appropriate Disaster Recovery and Business Continuity plans.

Skills and Requirements:

  • Work experience in IT, cloud computing.
  • Experience with or knowledge of current equipment and technologies, enterprise backup and recovery procedures, and system performance-monitoring tools
  • Extensive experience with Salesforce - managing profiles, permissions, automations, and reporting
  • Excellent communication skills and business acumen
  • Experience with assisting remote employees
  • Experience with Salesforce Scheduler
  • Experienced in Sales Engagement

Necessary Qualifications

  • Microsoft Product Knowledge
  • Salesforce Certified Administrator
  • Mac and PC proficient
