The role includes but is not limited to:

Providing acoustical expertise for a wide range of projects.
Helping resolve complex acoustical challenges for consultation with design-oriented clients.
Taking a client-focused approach, where your technical skills support the success of your client's projects.
Communicating complex technical information in straightforward language, and guiding clients with actionable solutions.
Conducting field measurements and construction administration visits at commercial, residential, institutional, and construction sites primarily in the greater Miami area.
Supporting a defined quality assurance process.
Providing proposal direction and review.

We are accepting applications from candidates with the following qualifications:

A Bachelor's Degree or Master's Degree (preferred) in acoustics.
5+ years (Intermediate) or 10+ years (Senior) of experience in an acoustical consulting environment, or equivalent, and as part of design teams.
Expertise in physical acoustics, building acoustics, and experience with acoustic instrumentation.
Demonstrated ability to consult with clients and find mutually agreeable solutions.
Ability to hold teams accountable to deliver quality technical work with focus on project budgets and deliverable schedules.

Professional Skills:

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making capabilities.
Passion for acoustics, building/construction, and design.
Sound business ethics, including the protection of proprietary and confidential information.
