Job Description

At Afterpay, we’re looking for an experienced and passionate professional to join our team and take on the role of Industry Relations & Operations. In this position, you will be responsible for managing our relationships with strategic partners, suppliers, and customers, as well as overseeing operational functions within the company. We’re looking for someone who is highly organized and can demonstrate excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.The ideal candidate for this position will be an organized self-starter with a passion for developing and maintaining meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders. You must have a minimum of 5 years of experience in a customer-facing role, as well as a demonstrated ability to think strategically, be proactive, and stay ahead of the changing trends in the industry.
