Our Grill Operators maximize the guest experience and taste of our food by cooking small batches of products several times during the shift, ensuring the freshest and juiciest food all day. Assist management in achieving and maintaining outstanding interior and exterior restaurant cleanliness. As a Wendy's team member, your restaurant will support you with the tools and training needed to succeed.

Responsibilities:

Cook small batches of products throughout the shift for fresh and tasty food.
Assist in achieving and maintaining excellent restaurant cleanliness.
Filter oil fryers daily.
Maintain outside grounds.
Clean equipment, inside and outside windows, stock rooms, and restrooms.
Unload delivery trucks at least twice a week.
Take out and empty trash.
Operate specific cooking equipment, cut food products, and prepare orders.

Qualifications:

Ability to operate specific cooking equipment.
