Minimum qualifications:

Additional Information

(Colorado only*) Minimum full-time salary range between $109,000 – $117,000 + bonus + equity + benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Deliver operational excellence in line with assigned service goals by identifying opportunities to improve. Scale in order to elevate operations to an excellent standard across our Hiring Support team.
  • Resolve and prioritize sensitive user issues through consultation with vendors and deep collaboration with partner support.
  • Implement and execute on service delivery improvements and process/scope changes, including extended workforce activities.
  • Act as the representative of the user by surfacing relevant user feedback to Partner Support. Collaborate on initiatives to address user needs, including consulting on content, process, and policy improvements.
  • Develop expertise in the systems supporting Human Resource (HR) Operations service areas while troubleshooting day-to-day issues and consulting with partners on changes to systems infrastructure.
