What You’ll Be Doing
As Saela’s Founding Chief Technology Officer, you will lead the development of our platform, ensuring it delivers on our mission while scaling for future growth. You’ll be responsible for turning our vision into reality by creating technology that empowers users, enhances transparency, and integrates with healthcare systems. This role is both strategic and hands-on, requiring a leader who can balance long-term innovation with immediate execution.

Specifically, you will:

· Develop the Platform: Oversee the creation of a robust app that addresses various consumer needs

· Drive Sustainability: Implement systems to ensure transparent and equitable sourcing, leveraging blockchain technology.

· Build the Tech Team: Recruit and lead a team of developers and engineers to support platform scalability and innovation.

· Ensure Interoperability: Partner with healthcare providers to integrate systems for Medicaid/Medicare reimbursement and compliance.

· Iterate and Innovate: Continuously refine the platform based on user feedback, ensuring accessibility, security, and usability.

· Seamless Platform Delivery: Launch a robust, user-friendly Saela platform with high functionality and minimal errors.

· Technical Expertise: Proficient in building scalable platforms, with knowledge of blockchain technology, app development (e.g., React, Flutter), and cloud infrastructure (AWS, GCP).

· Strategic Vision: Proven ability to align technical roadmaps with business goals.

· Leadership: A track record of building and leading high-performing tech teams.
