Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine maintenance and repairs on building systems, including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and mechanical equipment.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent (certifications in facilities maintenance or related fields a plus).
  • Proven experience in facilities maintenance or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of building systems, HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and general maintenance procedures.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and repair equipment in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to lift and move heavy equipment, tools, and supplies.
