Key Responsibilities Program Management: Lead all aspects of a portfolio of projects from initiation to closure, including defining project scope, establishing stakeholders, securing funding, and ensuring successful project execution. Project Planning: Develop project plans, define project teams, and establish resource allocation decisions in collaboration with department leaders. Program Execution: Coordinate project documentation, rollout plans, and support plans, serving as a liaison between Cybersecurity and internal stakeholders. Program Control: Manage changes, risks, scope, bolthires, quality, communications, time, and procurement to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. Departmental Reporting: Create, maintain, update, and report on departmental operations using departmental tracking tools. Additional Responsibilities: Perform other tasks as assigned by management, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities. Essential Qualifications and Capabilities To succeed in this role, you will need: A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline or a combination of education and relevant work experience. Demonstrated leadership through project or team management, with the ability to motivate others and drive results. Proficiency in bolthires Office Suite, including Outlook, Project, Excel, Word, and Visio. Knowledge of budgeting processes and financial management principles. Strong communication, leadership, and administrative skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders. The capacity to manage multiple tasks and clients simultaneously, with minimal supervision. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to tailor your communication style to different audiences. Availability for periodic short-term travel (up to 10%). The ability to pass a 10-year background check and pre-employment drug test. Legal authorization to work in the United States, without requiring visa sponsorship.
