Develop data engineering solutions, including data pipelines, data transformation, data privacy and analytical tools within the T-Mobile Customer Data Platform (CDP)

Experience building and optimizing ‘big data’ data pipelines, architectures and data sets (Required)
Experience performing root cause analysis on internal and external data and processes to answer specific business questions and identify opportunities for improvement (Required)
Experience in languages such as SQL, DAX, Python, Java, Scala, and/or Go (Required)
SQL knowledge and experience working with relational databases, query authoring (SQL) as well as working familiarity with a variety of databases (Required)
Analytical Approach To Problem-Solving; Ability To Use Technology To Tackle Business Problems (Required)
Experienced in relevant programming languages for data engineering such as Python, Scala, Java, with a strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and data engineering principles. (Required)
Experience in designing, implementing, and managing data solutions using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, Snowflake, and on-premise platforms.(Required)

Base Pay Range: $84,900 - $153,200

Corporate Bonus Target: 15%

The pay range above is the general base pay range for a successful candidate in the role. The successful candidate’s actual pay will be based on various factors, such as work location, qualifications, and experience, so the actual starting pay will vary within this range.

At T-Mobile, employees in regular, non-temporary roles are eligible for an annual bonus or periodic sales incentive or bonus, based on their role. Most Corporate employees are eligible for a year-end bonus based on company and/or individual performance and which is set at a percentage of the employee’s eligible earnings in the prior year. Certain positions in Customer Care are eligible for monthly bonuses based on individual and/or team performance.
