The Arc of San Diego is seeking a dedicated and creative Digital Marketing & Media Specialistto join our diverse team. As the Digital Marketing & Media Specialist, you will play a vital role in increasing awareness and interest in The Arc of San Diego and its programs. We are looking for an individual who can effectively leverage digital platforms to tell our story, engage our community, and drive support for our mission.

By creating and implementing innovative digital marketing strategies, you will connect with diverse audiences in the San Diego community and demonstrate our commitment to empowering individuals to lead fulfilling and independent lives.

Salary: $72,800

Schedule: 8 a.m. – 4:30 p.m., some weekend and evening availability required

A typical day will include:

Developing, implementing, and monitoring digital marketing campaigns.
Developing social media content calendars and marketing plans.

Creating videos to showcase the success of our clients

What you’ll need to be successful:

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations or a related field from an accredited college/university or equivalent required.
1-2 years of experience in designing and executing marketing and communications plans, as well as hands-on experience and proven results employing social media tools, including SEO and Google Analytics.
