Key Responsibilities

Calendar & Appointment Management
- Coordinate schedules and maintain departmental calendars.
- Set up and confirm meetings and appointments.
Administrative Support
- Answer and direct phone calls in a courteous, professional manner.
- Handle travel arrangements for team members.
- Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, and other documents.
Filing & Record Keeping
- Organize and maintain both electronic and paper filing systems.
- Ensure timely updates and secure storage of files.
Project Coordination
- Assist in tracking project timelines and deliverables.

Other Duties as Assigned

Requirements

Education: High School Diploma or equivalent.
Technical Skills: Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Communication: Strong verbal and written skills.
Organization: Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and maintain attention to detail.
Experience: Prior administrative support experience is a plus (though not mandatory).
Independence: Capable of working effectively with minimal supervision.
