• Process payments, refunds, and adjustments in accordance with Delta Airlines policies.
• Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions in our CRM system.
• Escalate complex issues to the appropriate department or supervisor for resolution.

*Requirements:

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable internet connection and a quiet workspace.
• Basic computer proficiency, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite.
• Ability to handle high call volumes and work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
• Prior customer service experience is preferred but not mandatory. •
