Qualifications:

Required:

A bachelor's degree in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
6+ years proven experience with programming languages like Angular, React, NodeJS, Python, Streamlit, C#, .NET Core, Golang, SQL/NoSQL, unit testing frameworks.
5+ years of experience in designing and architecting enterprise solutions, using cloud-native engineering, using FaaS/PaaS/micro-services on cloud hyper-scalers like Azure, AWS, and GCP, specifically with demonstrated experience with AWS technologies, including Glue pipeline, Step Functions, EMR, Lambda, Neptune, Snowflake, Redshift, Aurora (PostgreSQL), Iceberg Table format, SQS/SNS, Athena, OpenSearch, PySpark, AppSync, AWS SageMaker, and AWS Bedrock.
1+ years of leadership experience

Preferred:

An advanced degree (e.g., MS in computer science, software engineering, or a related discipline.
10+ years of experience in software engineering.
3+ years of experience with AI/ML and GenAI, specifically with large language models (LLMs) such as OpenAI, Anthropic, Claude, and Gemini, including engineering experience with AI/ML-based applications, including modules based on the Generative AI concept.
Prior software engineering and product architecture/design foundation with an understanding of Business Context Diagrams (BCD), sequence/activity/state/ER/DFD diagrams, OOP/OOD, data-structures, algorithms, code instrumentations, etc.
Prior experience using methodologies & tools like, XP, Lean, SAFe, DevSecOps, SRE, ADO, GitHub, SonarQube, etc. to deliver high quality products rapidly.
