You will be the face of CADY’s customer support to our schools, students, parents, and studios across multiple states. What will you do as a member of our Customer Experience Team? * Respond to inquiries from parents, schools, students, and studios.

These inquiries pertain to our processing, scheduling bookings/photoshoots, and pricing. * Assist customers with purchases, retouching, refunds, and order tracking. * Ensure the highest level of service, professionalism, and empathy on every call. * Be able to multitask between phone calls, webform tickets, and navigate other systems. * Provide minor technical support on how to log into our parent portal. College degree preferred, or a combination of work and education. * Entry level 6 months to 2 year’s experience. * Able to work as a team player and independently. * Attention to detail, strong active listening, oral, and written communication skills. * Proficient knowledge in Windows, Internet Explorer, and Microsoft Office applications. * Able to commute to our office in Alpharetta, GA. * Full-time availability Monday-Friday from 8:45am-5:30pm and alternating Saturdays required.
