We’re looking for a Contract Recruiter to join our tight-knit, entrepreneurial team.

About the Role

Final Interviews (90%)

  • Conducting final interviews post our international team, currently primarily in the Philippines 
  • You are the final decision maker before a candidate gets introduced to a client
  • You are the “gatekeeper” of holding the bar high for talent
  • Becoming knowledgeable across a span of different functional roles - PM, Digital Marketing, Data Analyst, CS and clients - some examples: software, e-commerce, digital agencies
  • Working closely with US Recruiting Leaders to sound through decisions and solving challenges in pipeline and quality of candidates
  • Working with our international sourcing and recruiting team to provide feedback on candidates and insights to fine tune searches

Recruiting Initiatives (10%)

  • Initiatives to help drive our continued efforts to improve our process, candidate and client experience
  • Proactively voicing and driving improvements in our process and particularly high impact projects directly improving quality of our matches
  • Training with GAX Lead to transition into coverage for ~Jan - March (12 week parental leave time)

KPIS: 

  • Keeping our churn below 7% MoM
  • Conducting an average of 25 Final interviews a week
  • 90% in the month placements of assigned reqs for Final Interview

What We’re Looking For
Must-Have:
  • Proven experience in full-cycle recruiting, ideally with international and US-based talent.
  • Strong interview and candidate assessment skills across multiple functions (PM, Digital Marketing, Data Analytics, Customer Success, etc.).
  • Comfortable serving as the final decision-maker for candidate quality before client introduction.
  • Familiarity with digital marketing, e-commerce, SaaS, or agency environments.
  • Track record of maintaining high standards and ensuring only top talent advances.
  • Strong collaboration skills; able to work closely with US Recruiting Leaders and global teams.
  • Process improvement mindset with ability to drive initiatives that enhance candidate and client experience.
  • Quick learner with readiness to step into temporary leadership/coverage roles as needed.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills; capable of handling 25+ interviews weekly.
  • Exceptional English communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Metrics-driven, with experience working toward KPIs such as churn rates and placement ratios.

Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience recruiting in high-growth startups or fast-scaling organizations.
  • Background in offshore/remote recruiting, particularly in the Philippines.
  • Exposure to tools like ATS platforms, sourcing databases, or recruiting automation tools.
  • Knowledge of behavioral interview techniques and structured interviewing.
  • Ability to mentor, train, or upskill junior recruiters.
