As a Comply Associate Analyst, you will be responsible for assisting in compliance-related tasks, ensuring that company policies and procedures align with regulatory requirements, and helping to identify areas for improvement. You will have the opportunity to work closely with senior team members, gaining exposure to a variety of compliance functions, including regulatory reporting, audits, and internal assessments.

Responsibilities

Assist in the preparation and submission of compliance reports and regulatory filings.
Support the team in monitoring, tracking, and implementing compliance activities across the organization.
Conduct research on regulatory changes and assist in updating company policies accordingly.
Collaborate with various departments to ensure alignment with compliance standards.
Help maintain records, documentation, and reports for internal audits and reviews.

Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Law, or a related field.
Strong interest in regulatory compliance and risk management.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines effectively.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
