Position Overview:
The Client Advocate role at Meritain Health involves building strong relationships with our clients, ensuring they receive the highest level of customer service, and addressing any questions or concerns they may have regarding their healthcare benefits. Responsibilities:

Serve as a primary point of contact for clients, providing assistance with healthcare benefits, eligibility, and claims inquiries.

Knowledge of healthcare systems, benefits plans, or insurance is a plus.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and other standard office tools.
