Lead and manage the health care audit division at NCR, ensuring high-quality and timely delivery of audit services to clients. Conduct risk assessments and develop appropriate audit plans to address the unique needs of the health care industry. Provide expert guidance and support to audit team members, ensuring their professional development and growth. Develop and maintain strong relationships with health care clients, understanding their business needs and providing tailored audit solutions. Monitor and evaluate regulatory changes and industry trends to ensure audit processes and procedures are in compliance. Oversee the preparation and review of audit reports, identifying and communicating key findings and recommendations to clients and senior management. Collaborate with other departments within NCR to leverage resources and enhance client services. Stay up-to-date on industry best practices and incorporate them into the audit process to continuously improve efficiency and effectiveness. Serve as a subject matter expert for health care audits, providing guidance and training to colleagues, as needed. Represent NCR at industry events and conferences, showcasing our expertise in health care audit services. Foster a culture of compliance, integrity, and accountability within the audit team. Continuously evaluate and improve audit processes and procedures to meet changing business needs and regulatory requirements. Manage and prioritize multiple audits and projects simultaneously, meeting deadlines and delivering high-quality work. Act as a trusted advisor to health care clients, building and maintaining strong relationships to drive business growth.
