About This Role

This position is responsible for supporting Associate Relations and Labor Relations initiatives across the organization. As an HR Partner - Employee Experience, you will focus on creating a positive work environment where associates can thrive.

You will work closely with managers and HR teams to develop and implement solutions to complex associate issues. Your expertise in conflict resolution, performance management, and employee relations will be invaluable in helping us achieve our goals.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement programs to promote associate engagement, retention, and development.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business outcomes and improve processes.
Provide coaching and guidance to managers on associate-related issues, including performance management and conflict resolution.
Support investigations into sensitive associate complaints and develop recommendations for resolution.
