The Role:

Step into a world where you are a key component of the Amazon services that customers depend on. As part of our warehouse team, you'll play a significant role in areas such as merchandising, on-demand manufacturing, returns management, Prime Now, and comprehensive fulfillment. Your duties will include picking, packing, and?ispatching orders, with some requiring our ultra-fast delivery within two hours or less.

Physical and Operational Requirements: You will need to:

Lift up to 49 pounds
Move utility carts weighing up to 60 pounds
Stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach throughout your shift
Use various equipment to transport items
Navigate stairs as necessary
Work at heights up to 40 feet on a mezzanine
Maintain strict adherence to safety, quality, and production standards

Inside an Amazon Fulfillment Center:

Safety: We prioritize your safety and equip you with protective gear. Safety tips are shared across all teams.
Environment: Our operations involve working around moving machinery, including order pickers, stand-up forklifts, turret trucks, and mobile carts.
Activities: Your tasks may demand standing for long durations, walking, or stair climbing.
Temperature: Despite climate controls, warehouse temperatures fluctuate between 60? and 90?; they can exceed 90? in the truck yard or inside trailers on warm days.
Noise: The operational noise levels are high at times. We provide hearing protection if required.
Dress code: We maintain a relaxed dress code with a primary focus on safety. Closed-toe shoes are mandatory and protective footwear for safety is required in certain units. Depending on your role and location, Amazon provides a $110 Zappos gift code for shoe purchases.
