As we expand our supplement line, we are seeking an Amazon Brand/Product Development Manager with experience in the supplements industry. This role will be instrumental in driving our growth on Amazon by optimizing our product offerings, launching new supplements, and ensuring our brand stands out in a competitive marketplace.

Responsibilities

  • Product Development & Launch: Research, develop, and launch new supplement products based on market trends and customer needs.
  • Amazon Strategy & Optimization: Manage and optimize product listings, keywords, A+ Content, and advertising campaigns to maximize sales and profitability.
  • Supplier & Inventory Management: Work closely with manufacturers and suppliers to ensure quality, compliance, and timely restocking.
  • Market Research & Competitor Analysis: Stay up-to-date on industry trends, consumer preferences, and competitor activity to position Harkla’s supplements effectively.
  • Brand Management: Maintain and enhance Harkla’s brand presence on Amazon by ensuring consistency in messaging, visuals, and customer experience.
  • Performance Tracking & Reporting: Analyze sales data, track key performance indicators (KPIs), and adjust strategies to improve revenue and growth.
  • Customer Feedback & Quality Control: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, collaborating with the team to improve product quality and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

  • Proven experience managing and growing a supplement brand on Amazon.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon Seller Central, PPC advertising, and listing optimization.
  • Knowledge of FDA regulations and compliance for supplements.
  • Experience working with manufacturers and supply chain logistics.
  • Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
  • Passion for health, wellness, and supplements is a plus.
