We are looking for a dynamic and strategic AI Transformation Lead to drive AI adoption and business transformation for our clients. The AI Transformation Lead will play a critical role in helping organizations understand the business value of AI, develop AI-driven strategies, and implement AI solutions that align with their operational goals. This role requires a deep understanding of AI technology, business strategy, and customer engagement to act as a trusted advisor in AI initiatives.

WHAT YOU WILL DO:

Engage with clients to assess business challenges, identify AI opportunities, and develop AI-driven transformation roadmaps.
Work closely with a wide range of internal and external stakeholders to align AI solutions with business objectives.
Conduct AI readiness assessments, define use cases, and provide strategic recommendations to clients on AI implementation.
Assist in pre-sales activities by articulating the business value of AI solutions and presenting AI-driven business cases to stakeholders.
Lead AI workshops and training sessions to educate clients on AI capabilities and industry trends.
Stay informed about AI regulations, ethical considerations, and governance frameworks to guide clients on responsible AI adoption.
Develop whitepapers, case studies, and thought leadership content to position the company as a leader in AI consultancy.
Monitor AI project implementations to ensure business objectives are met and measure the impact of AI solutions on business performance.
Act as the primary business liaison between clients, internal teams, and external partners to ensure smooth project execution.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED

Technical Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Data Science, or a related field.
Strong understanding of AI/ML technologies, including data analytics, natural language processing, and computer vision.
Familiarity with cloud-based AI services and enterprise AI platforms.
Experience in digital transformation, business process optimization, or AI strategy consulting.
Knowledge of AI ethics, bias mitigation, and regulatory compliance in AI adoption.
Ability to analyze large datasets and derive business insights using BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, or similar.
Ability to model and optimize business processes using a formal language (e.g. UML, BPMN, etc.)
Excellent familiarity with the SDLC and project management methodologies and tools (e.g. Jira, Confluence, etc.)

Soft Skills & Competencies:

Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to bridge the gap between technical and business teams.
Strong experience in elicitation of complex business requirements in an enterprise setting
Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills, with the ability to define and measure AI’s business impact.
Proven ability to lead client engagements, influence decision-making, and drive AI adoption initiatives.
Comfort in presenting complex AI concepts in an accessible and compelling way to executive-level audiences.
Ability to manage multiple projects and client relationships in a fast-paced environment.
